High-Quality Chopped Strand Mat for Advanced Composite Applications
Chopped strand mat is a non-woven reinforced material. It is made through cutting the continuous roving. The end products are boats, laminates, bathing equipment, cooling tower, etc. Area weight ranging from 100g/㎡—900g/㎡. Width can be from 20cm—320cm. Binder is Powder or Emulsion.

It is made of continuous fiberglass strand, non woven mat containing an insoluble binder for unsaturated polyester, epoxy, phenolic and polyurethane resin compatibility in unfilled or filled resin systems. It is suit for FRP process like pultruded profile, RTM process, filament winding process, etc.
